Mildred Louise Howell-Taylor

Mildred Louise (Edgell) Howell Taylor, 83, of Kingwood, WV, died on Monday, February 19, 2018, at Pine Ridge Nursing Home in Kingwood.

Mildred was born November 3, 1934, in Salem, a daughter of the late Jessie F. and Dessie R. (Rockwell) Edgell.

Being a farmer's wife she raised four country boys. She enjoyed time with her grandsons and truly loved doting on her great-granddaughter, Audrey.

She is survived by her husband, Howard "Butch" Taylor; three sons and spouses, Thomas and Mary Howell of Tunnelton, Mike and Susie Howell, Robert and Connie Howell, all of Kingwood; one sister, Carmen Edwards of TN; two brothers-in-law, Lloyd and Shirley Howell of Kingwood, Roger Howell of Uniontown, PA; sisters-in-law, Marge and Jesse Hershman of Terra Alta, Phyllis and George Wilhelm of Albright; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Junior Robert Howell; her son Dana Howell; four brothers, two sisters, three sisters-in-law.

Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel; 295 South Price Street, on Thursday, February 22, 2018, from 4-8pm; on Friday, February 23, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service in the funeral home Chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bill Warnick officiating. Interment will follow at the Maplewood Cemetery in Kingwood.
