Arthur Buckingham Obituary
Arthur Clyde Buckingham, 91, of Kingwood, WV, died on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Pine Ridge in Kingwood.
Arthur was born September 30, 1927, in Rowlesburg, a son of the late Benjamin Orville and Sadie Jane (Burkett) Buckingham.
Arthur is the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed gardening, fishing, spending time with his family, and watching old westerns.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Orville, Jim, Guy, Edward and Jesse Buckingham; two sisters, Mary Buckingham and Margaret Phillips.
Cremation services are under the direction of Rotruck-Lobb Crematory. Arthur’s ashes will be entombed in the niche wall at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kingwood.
