Barbara Joan (Graham) Hayes

Barbara Joan (Graham) Hayes, 83, of Kingwood, WV, died on Tuesday, August 28, 2018, at Pine Ridge.

Barbara was born May 29, 1935, in Albright, a daughter of the late Greeland Graham and Leticia (Graham) Graham Teets.

Barbara was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, watching the birds, reading and most of all being with her grandkids.

She is survived by three sons, Cord Hayes of Valley Point, Shannon Hayes and Katherine of Rowlesburg; Lucas Hayes of Kingwood,  one daughter, Michalea Hartley Hayes of Kingwood; daughter-in-law, Debbie Hayes of Morgantown; one brother, Wilmer “Shorty” Teets of Ravenswood; one sister, Jean Henderson of Lancaster, OH; six grandchildren, Lori Mays, Joshua Hayes, Houston Hayes, Cassie Hayes, Shaylin Miller, Jacob Hartley; two great-grandchildren, Joshua Mays and Jackson Mays.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, William “Bill” Hayes, February 28, 2007; one son, William L. Hayes; one brother, Dick Teets.

Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price Street, on Sunday, September 2, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Kelly Gamble officiating. Cremation services were provided under the direction of Rotruck-Lobb Crematory in Kingwood.
