David Alan Treadaway, 58, of Dundalk, MD, died in an accident on Sunday, May 19, 2019, while enjoying some outdoor time with his good friends.
David was born February 4, 1961, in Baltimore City, MD, a son of Agnes (Hasty) Treadaway of Dundalk, MD, and the late Robert William Treadaway.
He retired after working over 30 years as a postal worker for the U.S. Government. Being an avid outdoorsman, retirement gave him more time for his passions, especially time with his family, whom he was dedicated to with all his heart and soul.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Royce Ann (Huber) Treadaway; one son, David Robert and Tiffany Treadaway of Windsor, PA; one daughter, Kari Anne and Mark Hill of Sparrows Point, MD, three brothers and spouses, Steve and Pam Treadaway of Myrtle Beach, SC, Bob and Sarah Agnes (Hasty) Treadaway of Dundalk, MD. of Baltimore, MD, Tom Treadaway of Baltimore, MD; three grandchildren, Tyler, Mason, and Emma Claire.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Dundalk Church of God, 6 Yorkway, with Pastor Jeff Tomlinson officiating. Cremation services were under the direction of Rotruck-Lobb Crematory in Kingwood, WV.
