LaDonna Dale (Titchenell) Hoffman

LaDonna Dale Hoffman 69 of Bruceton Mills, WV passed peacefully with her loving family by her side, on September 21,2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

LaDonna was born on June 17, 1950, in Albright, WV a daughter of the late Grant B. & Leola D. (Orndorff) Titchenell.

LaDonna was a 1968 graduate of Kingwood High School, where she met her high school sweetheart Carl Clayton Hoffman. They married on August 18, 1967. She continued her education at Davis & Elkins College where she received her Bachelor of Nursing Degree. She was an RN at Ruby Memorial where she worked in several different areas of the hospital.

LaDonna and Carl created a loving family, sharing four wonderful children. Bryan Hoffman & wife Kimberly of Tunnelton, WV and their children; Cory Hoffman & fiancé Megan Valkos, Tyler Hoffman & girlfriend Ashlee Galloway, and Bryanna Hoffman. Brett Hoffman & wife Elizabeth of Tunnelton, WV and their children; Amber Keener & husband Todd, and Nicholas Hoffman & wife Marissa. Alexis Hoffman & fiancé Shawn Doty of Fairmont and their son London Doty. The late Kevin Hoffman of Bruceton Mills, WV and his surviving daughter Marlee of Belington, WV.

LaDonna was the second of five children. She is survived by a brother Larry Titchenell & wife Robin of Amherst, OH. Her sisters, Tanya White & husband Eugene of Albright, WV. and Tammy Ellifritz & husband Terry of Kingwood, WV.

She was preceded in death by her brother Gregory Titchenell & surviving wife Donna of Sioux Falls, SD.

She is also mourned by many loving nieces & nephews.

LaDonna was a devoted and nurturing wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her husband, children and grandchildren with everything she had. She fought a long courageous battle to be with them and continue to watch them grow and hit their milestones. A master homemaker and a brilliant cook, her home was always open for family and friends to gather. Her smile and laughter were contagious, as was her zest for enjoying life and love. She had a strong faith and found comfort knowing she was going to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ. She will be missed dearly and remembered by all.

Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price Street, on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, from 2-8 p.m.; on Wednesday, September 25, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Neel officiating. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Kingwood.
