Janet Hollobaugh Obituary

Janet E. Hollobaugh, 82, of Parsons, WV, died on Friday, March 18, 2016, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Janet was born January 29, 1934, in Mill Creek, WV, a daughter of the late Herman Beecher and Arha Emmoline Bennett.

She retired from Hopemont State Hospital, where she had worked as a nurse's aide. She belonged to the Rowlesburg Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by three sons and spouses, Joseph W. and Martha Hollobaugh of Terra Alta, Michael L. and Jean Hollobaugh of Westernport, MD, Robert C. and Jennifer Hollobaugh of Parsons; one daughter and spouse, Angela D. and Mark McGee of Parsons; one brother, Jennings W. Bennett of Newton Falls, OH; 10 grandchildren, Stephanie Stallings, Brittany Bostjancic, Adam Hollobaugh, Renee Fansler, Robert Hollobaugh Jr., Richard Hollobaugh, Ryan Hollobaugh, Christopher Hollobaugh, Jessica Hollobaugh, Jason McGee; 18 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Denzil Hollobaugh; her companion, Lee Lipscomb; brothers and sisters, Lewis Bennett, Nora Louk, Bessie Auxier, Hallie Henline, Charles Bennett, Edna Watson, Carroll Bennett, Wayne Bennett, Florence Pritt, two infants, Eva Bennett.

Rotruck-Lobb Crematory of Kingwood provided cremation services.
