Angela Beth Weaver, 50, of Tunnelton, WV died Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born October 20, 1969 in Kingwood and was the daughter of the late Patrick Arnold “Pat” and Ruth Jean (Conn) Weaver.
Angie was a 1987 graduate of Central Preston High School. She was a first responder for the Tunnelton Volunteer Fire Department, a member of the WV Northern Rail Trail, a council member of the Tunnelton City Council and Water Board, a member of the Mt. State BBQ family, President of the South Preston Neighborhood Watch. She enjoyed buggy rides, helping with fundraisers, loved taking care of kids at her home where she became more of a second mother. Angie loved selling gun bash tickets and money tips. She is survived by her son, Timothy Shrout of Tunnelton; uncles and spouses, Dorsey and Loretta Weaver, Herbert and Linda Weaver, all of Tunnelton; aunts and spouses, Pearl and Pete Wilson of Tunnelton, Nina and James Sheets of Terra Alta and Stella Weaver of Perry, OH; special friends, Donald and Carol Sue Bolyard of Tunnelton, Becky and Amanda Bolyard of Tunnelton, Vicky Green of Tunnelton, Pam Thomas of Kingwood and cousin Phil Morris of Tunnelton; step nephew, Dustin Miller of Kingwood, step niece, Amelia Jackson of Tunnelton; her pets, Chumlee, Tucker, Dixie and Dexter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Mitchell A. Weaver, one uncle, Pete Weaver, aunt and uncle, Charles and Catherine Conn; aunt, Rosella Conn.
Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price Street; on Tuesday, August 11, 2020, from 3-7pm; on Wednesday, August 12, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dave Biggins officiating
Please practice social distancing and masks are recommended. Interment will follow at Shay’s Chapel Cemetery.
