Catherine Ann (Hall) Thorn

Catherine Ann Thorn, 73, of Howesville, WV, died on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Catherine was born June 25, 1947, in Kingwood, a daughter of the late Howard L. and Loda W. (Brown) Hall.

She was a 1965 graduate of Newburg High School and was a member of St. Sebastian’s Catholic Church in Kingwood.

She is survived by her son, Edward Walter Thorn, Jr. of Howesville; one sister, Christine Croft of Morgantown; her caregiver, Betty Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Edward Walter Thorn.

Friends will be received at the Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel, 295 South Price Street; on Monday, December 28, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to the time of the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Father S. A. Arokiadass, H.G.N. officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
