Leslie Baker Obituary

Leslie Annette Baker, 56, of Tunnelton, WV, died on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at home.

Leslie was born July 12, 1964, in Oakland, MD, a daughter of Ruth Louise (Bowser) Swihart of Tunnelton and the late Leslie John Baker.

She earned her degree in math after attending college in Frostburg, MD and WVU. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for Westside Telecommunications in Morgantown. Leslie enjoyed 4-wheeling, shopping on Amazon, spending time with her little dog and especially loved time with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters and companion, Ruth Baker and Nathan, Stacy Dumire, all of Tunnelton; five grandchildren, Zilla Baker-Hughes, Nikolas Hughes, Brenden Baker, Danielle Shorter and Toby Shorter; two great-grandchildren, Paxton Hughes and Ashyr Johnson.

Cremation services are under the direction of Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel and Crematory.
