Obituary

Mona Lisa Shipp, of Thornton, WV passed peacefully at home with her husband, mother and mother-in-law present.

Lisa was loyal, dedicated and reliable. She worked 26 years as a Department Manager. She was a loving godmother and great-aunt to Leesa and Liam.

Lisa is survived by her best friend and husband of 36 years, Timothy Shipp; her mother Pauline Shafferman; sister Sandra Shafferman Schoen (Kenneth); brothers Charles Shafferman (Carrie), Jason Shafferman (Amy); three nephews, four nieces, five great nephews, one great-niece; Lisa is also survived by her loving in-laws. mother-in-law Bonnie Tucker; brothers-in-law, Ralph ( Janie), Terry ( Charlotte), Randy ( Debbie), Larry (Beth), and Robert; Sisters-in-law, Diane Pederson, Kathy and Spencer; many nieces and nephews; many wonderful friends, too many to name, like Tracy Spouts, Donna Kuhn and Jeff (Shelley) Coppenhaver, that were a great support for her.

Lisa is preceded in death by her father Charles Shafferman; sister Brenda Shafferman; nephew Nick Swan, beloved father-in-law Ralph Shipp.

Cremation services are under the direction of Rotruck-Lobb Kingwood Chapel and Crematory.
