Robert "Henny" Lynn Mayne

Robert “Henny” Lynn Mayne 68 of Rowlesburg passed away on Friday, July 22, 2022 at WV Caring in Elkins. He was born December 11, 1953 in Grafton, son of Monalee Helen Harris Mayne of Rowlesburg and the late Earl Junior Mayne.  Henny attended Rowlesburg High School. He had worked as a trackman for the B&O Railroad.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his lawn mower and hanging out with his friends. Henny is survived by two daughters, Bobbi Jo White and Willard, Westover, Julie Ann Jenkins and Eugene, Arthurdale; one son, Robert “Robbie” Lynn Mayne Jr, Tunnelton;  three grandchildren, Jason Collins and Kayla, Tesla Whipkey and Brandon, and Kayla Jenkins; six great grandchildren, Aiyanna, Conner, Ariel, Gabriel, Everleigh, and Kanlyn; three sisters, Lonna Duffitt and Randall, Louella Poling and Jerry, all of Rowlesburg, Kathy Strawderman and Orville Dale, Tunnelton; four brothers, Charles Mayne and Gloria, William Mayne and Mary, Paul Mayne and Wilma, all of Rowlesburg, Earl Harris, Baltimore, MD and several nieces and nephews.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Rowlesburg Park on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 5:00PM at the Fire Department Pavilion. A covered dish or dessert would be greatly appreciated. Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory is handling the cremation and honored to serve the Mayne family.
